Welcome to another week of #WeeklyWonders, a snap-sharing-blog-linky series celebrating the wonders of life. I’ve always said that its the little things that make the biggest difference, and I stand by that phrase. Whether it’s freshly laundered bedding, the smell of cut grass, finding a fiver in your jeans pocket, or lighting a candle… it’s those little things that can really lift you during taxing times.
I received this rather quirky candle as part of my Secret Santa gift from a work colleague. After spending hours grafting to clean my kitchen earlier today, I decided to spark this candle up. Not only did it smell divine, but it really lifted my mood as I was reminded that in a World where there is so much cruelty, there are also some incredibly caring folk. I do love a bit of soft lighting, I’m all about everything the creature comforts…

That is very sweet. Is it unusual that my dog doesn’t fart?! I’m grateful that she doesn’t!
