Welcome to this weeks #WeeklyWonders post, part of a snap-sharing-blog-linky series celebrating the wonders of life.
This time last week my family and I had just landed back at Manchester Airport following our week away to Salou. Whilst there we spent a couple of very hot and rather tiring days roaming around the local theme park, Port Aventura. Whilst its a World away from Disney or Universal, it still has some spectacular rides including ‘Red Force’; Europes tallest, fastest, coaster.
Being a rollercoaster nutcase, there was no doubt that I was riding that beast! The ride itself was under thirty seconds in length, which in comparison to the two-hour queue had me questioning whether it worth the wait. Standing at 367 feet, I was propelled along a ninety-degree track at 112 mph, it felt like warp speed and most definitely lived up to the hype. Red Force has now taken my number one spot as the best coaster I have ever ridden – it was one heck of a rush! If only I could do it all again…

Thanks for reading my #WeeklyWonders post. I look forward to catching up and commenting on your #WeeklyWonders snaps.
