Welcome to another week of #WeeklyWonders, a snap-sharing-blog-linky series celebrating the wonders of life.

In the words of my beloved Jezza, ‘I did a thing’ today – I actually got myself out of the house and went to a gala. Whilst at said gala, I was asked to complete a questionnaire and during this time got chatting to a random lady. She very sweetly pointed out how wonderful it was that I was so open, accepting, and unique. My ideas and outlook on life were apparently refreshing for her to hear. I was somewhat overwhelmed by her kindness, compassion, and acceptance to the ‘different’ as I’m well aware that I’m a million miles away from the norm.
We walked around the various stalls, picking up some beautiful jewellery for the kids, we watched a couple of shows, including an impressive dinosaur exhibition. I then got to have cuddles with a beautiful black and white horse and the kids got to pet some rather cute goats. The weather was on our side as the sun put its hat on and all in all in was a rather wholesome day, completed with yet another episode of Clarkson’s Farm snuggled on our new sofa as a family.
Thanks for reading my #WeeklyWonders post. I look forward to catching up and commenting on your #WeeklyWonders snaps.

That sounds like a lovely day. Who wants to be normal anyway?
What a lovely day! It’s lovely when a stranger is so kind. The gala sounds wonderful, and those goat and horse cuddles must have been the perfect finishing touch!
Sounds like a nice time out. So fun to watch kids interact with the animals. Mine loved those days. Have a happy week.
It’s always nice to be out and about and end up in a conversation with a person that ends up adding to our day. Bet the kids had a great time. Mine always liked if there was a petting zoo for the animals. Happy Wednesday.
